Assembly workshop and adapted assembly

Fully modular main workshop

So that we can fulfil tour projects in the best possible conditions, we have two large workshops together with a storage area covering a total surface area of around 4,000 m².

The main 1,600 m² assembly workshop has a large surface area which can be modified so the space can be shared between more than one project or customer.

The designs offices (mechanical, electrical and automation) are found in this large, fully-equipped assembly shop to be as close as possible to the project team. This constitutes a significant advantage as there is a permanent contact which facilitates discussions on the progress and set-up of the various projects.

A warehouse as close as possible to the team

We have also set up the warehouse for mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components in this assembly workshop so that all of the components can be easily accessed by the team. This dedicated facility has some 2,000 references held in stock by our stock controller to ensure we are able to meet requirements and to ensure that both current assembly projects and future projects are completed successfully.

A second Workshop
for very tall and confidential equipment

In a second part of the of the building, we have a second assembly workshop of 600 m². This workshop has the advantage of a large surface area but it also has a very high ceiling so it accommodate equipment that is over 6 m high. As with the main workshop, we can modify it according to the needs and demands of our customers, but we can also dedicate it to a specific project so that it is hidden from view for maximum privacy and complete confidentiality.

The right equipment
that is readily available

Our two assembly workshops have all of the necessary equipment. Electrical and pneumatic power supplies, workbenches and laptops give our teams direct access to the drawings and project information. This means that every employee can work with their equipment regardless of which assembly workshop they are in.

An experienced and dedicated team

The assembly workshop manager is there to organise, plan and provide the team with everything they need to successfully execute the projects. He leads an experienced team of 10 people composed of 7 assemblers/mechanical technicians and 4 electrical engineers.

This dedicated team, which has extensive experience in the field of specialized machinery, assembly, packaging, retrofitting and industrial maintenance, is highly adaptable to the needs of our customers.

In order to enhance our approach to customer satisfaction and our work performance, we have test equipment that enables dynamic testing thanks to a system equipped with an automation controller. Thus, even in the case of partial construction, we provide testing and customer acceptance in our workshops in order to make the necessary final adjustments before the project starts.
